1. Cancellation by User
Users may cancel their booking by logging into their account and accessing their appointment dashboard. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage users to cancel in advance to avoid charges.
3. No-Show Policy
If a user fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation by Service Provider
In the event the service provider needs to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
