An Anti-Deamidated Gliadin Peptide (DGP), tTG/DGP SCREEN is a blood test used to screen for celiac disease, a condition triggered by gluten in genetically predisposed individuals. It detects antibodies against both deamidated gliadin peptides (DGP) and tissue transglutaminase (tTG) in the blood, either individually or combined, to provide a comprehensive screening that includes identifying patients with IgA deficiency.
